What a superb service I received from Steve Parker whitworth. My evoke door wouldnt open therefore I called the company and spoke to Kevin who was extremely helpful. My car was booked in on Tuesday. Dispute the bad weather they collected it and returned it swiftly in time for the school pick up keeping me fully up to date through out the day. My door opens beautifully. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Kevin for a super service.
Had my range rover for 3 weeks to repair a suspension fault, eventually I collected it in the same condition that I left it , they couldn't find the fault!! Top marks for a "specialist independent dealer" went to another specialist in bury and sorted in 1 day!!!!
This is an excellent place to take your Land Rover. Fabulous service by kevin rang us back with a price when we were still waiting and chasing other garages - needless to say Kevin and team got the job and then rang on the same day to say it was ready - recommend this place without a doubt they are a slick operation! We had cam belt and alternator and an MOT brilliant price and service.. I think someone left a review as "land rover man cave" yep thats the one!! thanks will definitely be back.
Took D1 in for new exhaust and check on lack of heat through vents, at short notice.Exhaust done and heater working after full flush of years of cack in the pipes, radiator hosed down and taken out for road test after.Disco was in for a week and could have been longer due to backlog but lucky for me the flush on heater system worked.Recommend but remember they are busy, as are all decent landrover specialists.
Terrible service. Would defenately not recommend. Booked in on Tuesday only to be told come tomorrow at the same time as we are too busy. The next day when I arrived I was told the staff were on lunch. I waited and an hour later with no response from any staff decided not to use this company as they are total time wasters Good garage scheme. I think this should be looked into
